I can help you think about social media in a new way. Rather than paying someone outside of your organization to manage your reputation, I want to work with you to pinpoint the best way--and the best people--to manage your online presence.

Our relationship starts with a one-on-one consultation, preferably in person, but FaceTime and Skype sessions are also available. From there, I will present you with a plan, detailing which networks you should concentrate on, and who should manage them.

Then, for one month, you get to ask me all your questions. All of them. Email, telephone, text message, Tweets, Facebook posts, Tumblr asks, whatever way makes you happiest, I'll answer your questions. If you feel that you need more support, extra weeks or months may be purchased at an additional fee. Monthly fees are established before any work starts.

If you need something else, just ask! I am happy to work in your office (in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx) on a part-time basis, to run your Twitter feed, help establish a new Tumblr or blog, or work with you in crafting editorial content. I can also advise you on a website redesign or re-engineering.
